YM U23 Satellite is a geographical extension of the YM U23 program that is based in the Lehigh Valley. YM U23 Satellite is designed for competitive road and track cyclists 19-22 years old that live outside of a realistic commute to YM OnSite workouts and Race Assist sessions, but still desire the level of programming and oversight provided in the YM U23 program.

The YM U23 Satellite program is also a great alternative for college-age cyclists in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding communities wanting to maximize their cycling performance with a professional training plan but not in need of dedicated hands-on coaching or are managed, but not coached, by persons outside of the Young Medalists High Performance coaching pool.

Just like the YM U23 program, this plan includes unlimited consultation with a YM Coach and a fully-customized training plan administered through Training Peaks' Premium web-based software. Written program modification and delimited athlete management are provided as part of this program.

Cyclists are provided with Athlete Performance Plans that include written program modification and delimited athlete management. YM U23 sessions begin October 1 each season and follow a quarterly Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer session format. While it's recommended that athletes enter into the program in the Autumn Session to maximize development, entry into the program is provided for throughout the year.

YM U23 Satellite members may participate in up to four OnSite workouts a month with a YM Go! Pass. For OnSite workouts held at 24-7 Fitness Clubs, there is an additional charge by the fitness club for a "guest of member" day pass.

Fees

YM U23 Satellite Coaching Bundle: $110/month
YM U23 Membership Dues $100/year

Use of Go! Pass is limited to four times a month. All fees subject to change.
