The YM Sport Satellite program is designed for the 13-18 years old cyclist wanting access to a structured monthly training calendar designed for their gender and age group, but not yet in need of full-time personal coaching and athlete management. YM Sport Satellite is perfect for the beginning and intermediate cyclists needing competent advice and direction and access to well-designed training plans. The YM Sport Group Athlete Performance Plans (APP) are designed for each gender and to specific age groups, i.e., Boys 13-15, Girls 16-18. YM Sport Group APPs will be modified monthly by a YM Coach based upon feedback and OnSite workout observations of the YM Sport groups.

Just like YM Sport, the YM Sport Satellite program is designed and managed in a quarterly-session format that shows a clear a progression throughout the training phases with well-defined fitness and developmental goals and program-efficacy evaluations and individual performance assessments administered at the conclusion of each session. In the YM Sport program, athletes will have unlimited access to the YM Sport Group APP through a Training Peaks Basic account that allows for personal customization through consultation with a YM Coach based upon the athlete's quarterly goals. This program includes an hour of consultation time a month!

YM Sport Satellite sessions begin October 1 each season and follow a quarterly Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer session format. While it's recommended that athletes enter into the program in the Autumn Session, entry into the program is open throughout the year.

YM Sport Satellite members may participate in up to four OnSite workouts a month with a YM Go! Pass. For OnSite workouts held at 24-7 Fitness Clubs, there is an additional charge by the fitness club for a "guest of member" day pass.

Fees

YM Sport Satellite Coaching Bundle $75/month

Use of the Go! Pass is limited to four times a month. All fees subject to change.
