Similar to their respective local coaching bundles, YM Satellite programs provide detailed written training plans accessed through the award-winning Training Peaks web-based software, plenty of consultation time with a YM Coach, dedicated feedback via various forms of communications' technology, access to discounted OnSite and/or RaceAssist events when the athlete is in the Lehigh Valley, and, most importantly, the same high-level of service expected from Young Medalists. Athletes have a wide range of programs from which to choose, ranging from the fully-customized YM Academy, U23, and Vitesse Satellite coaching bundles to the YM Sport Satellite program that grants unlimited, personalized access to the age and gender-specific group Athlete Performance Plans, dedicated consultation time with a YM Coach, and access to discounted programs and products just like its respective local package! Building upon its early success as a regional program, Young Medalists has acted upon the repeated requests by athletes for distance coaching options outside of the Lehigh Valley! Now you, too, can train with the best! Today's pace of technology coupled with the sheer number of training tools and ease of communication allow a remotely-coached athlete practically the same level of access to their YM Coach as those in the local area! Need to download a video or power data to your coach? No problem. Want instant feedback to a training question? Just call or IM. Can your coach review a hilly training loop that you've been riding? Send the Garmin file over… Remote coaching is a snap with YM Satellite! Passing through the Lehigh Valley? YM Satellite members may participate in a limited number of OnSite workouts each month when in the area! Simply purchase a 12-session Go! Pass that can be used for all applicable OnSite workouts up to four times a month. If you need more hands-on coaching and want to participate in more than four OnSite workouts a month, it's as easy as moving up to an OnSite YM Coaching Bundle! The YM Satellite coaching bundles are a geographical extension of the popular Young Medalists OnSite programs available to athletes in and around the Lehigh Valley in eastern Pennsylvania. These distance-coaching options were developed to service athletes outside of a realistic commute of the home base of Young Medalists and to provide highly-structured coaching options for riders training locally, but not in need of the regularly-scheduled OnSite workouts and RaceAssist-managed events.
