EAS Team is a coaching bundle that provides comprehensive coaching instruction for groups, clubs, and teams. At a minimum, EAS Team provides two (2) distinct and customized Team Athlete Performance Plans that are designed in the format that’s most appropriate for the group, i.e., “elite men and women” or “masters and juniors.” Please note that EAS Team clients may contract for additional discounted Team Athlete Performance Plans for other categories where applicable.

EAS Team coaching bundles are built around the group’s collective performance objectives and regional racing schedules. EAS Team is perfect for collegiate and USA Cycling club programs in need of competent guidance and basic training infrastructure that can be locally administered by a cycling representative or team manager.

EAS Team trainingEAS Coaches communicate with the team’s designated liaison to manage the progress of the program, making adjustments based on the feedback received from the club representative. EAS Team athletes will also have weekly access through a scheduled conference call where they can address all questions directly with their team's EAS Coach. As with all EAS coaching bundles, EAS Team provides Priority Access consultation between EAS coaches and the team/club’s representatives.

All athletes in this program have access to the Team Athlete Performance Plan via their own Training Peaks Basic or Google Apps account which links to the master plan. Individual athletes have the option to upgrade their Training Peaks Basic account to Premium. Athletes have 24-7 access to the Athlete Performance Plan.

EAS Team clients based in the Lehigh Valley can contract for additional EAS OnSite workouts for their program. Contact EAS today for more information!
