All EAS coaches are former professional athletes, certified and licensed by their respective national governing bodies, and have passed the rigorous interview process with Athletics Cubed, Inc. management.

EAS Handout Example

EAS provides one elite standard of coach classification and services to its athletes. EAS Coaching bundles are differentiated by their area of focus, not their level of commitment. Unlike other coaching programs, EAS doesn’t do tiered programming... there is only one exceptional level of service.

Additionally, when it comes to servicing clients, EAS doesn’t distinguish between its members—every athlete’s goal is uniquely important to them; we don’t play favorites. EAS athletes get their coach’s total commitment to their personal objectives. What’s important to you is important to us.

EAS Coaching bundles all come with comprehensive Athlete Performance Plans—the training manual of EAS Coaching. Athletes are provide access to daily workouts via Training Peaks Premium software and through customized spreadsheets and other multimedia formats as dictated by the plan. EAS Coaching includes access to the EAS video library of workouts and training instruction.[1]

EAS Handout Example

EAS believes implicitly that communication between coach and athlete is critical to success, especially in remote coaching situations in which personal interaction is limited. Therefore, all coaching bundles provide unlimited consultation with an EAS coach, including a detailed “discovery” period that precedes the development of the Athlete Performance Plan. Additionally, all EAS coaching programs include “after hours” consultation support—we’re there when you need us.

EAS athletes may work with coaches on a remote basis or hands-on with an EAS Trainer Pass through the OnSite program when in the EAS “OnSite Territory” in and around the Lehigh Valley in eastern Pennsylvania, USA.

As a boutique, service-oriented program with low coach-athlete ratios, space is limited. Please note that U19 athletes are advised to consider the Young Medalists High Performance program that is partnered with EAS and Race International.
