Athlete ROI

When an athlete makes a commitment to Athletics Cubed and EAS, there are certain expectations for a positive return on investment from the program. Therefore, in addition to the world-class coaching and management services that come with EAS deliverables, athletes can also expect—

  • To be treated with respect, courtesy, and dignity by EAS.
  • To be confident that all EAS Coaches are licensed and insured by USA Cycling, Inc., the national governing body of cycling in the United States.
  • To know that all EAS Coaches have passed the rigorous NCSI criminal background check that is required by USA Cycling and EAS.
  • To have their phone calls, emails, and other messages returned within 24 hours or sooner by an EAS Coach.
  • To know that the athlete's personal and private information is considered sacrosanct and is not disseminated or discussed outside of the EAS coaching family.
  • To have their Athlete Performance Plans kept current and updated as determined by their training progress and through communication with their EAS Coach.
  • To know that EAS is focused exclusively on the athlete's best interests.
  • A 30-day "Money Back Guarantee" if the athlete is unsatisfied for any reason with the services provided by EAS.[3]
